SANOSTAR is a native, gluten-free wheat starch with high viscosity and excellent baking properties and is suitable for people with gluten intolerance in accordance with Regulation (EC) 41/2009 (from 20.07.2016 Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 828/2014).
The production is based on selected raw materials and untreated spring water. SANOSTAR is produced without additives and enzymes. Each batch is tested in an external laboratory and certified accordingly.
