SANOGEL

SANOGEL is a gluten-free, solubilized wheat starch with cold swelling properties and is suitable for people with gluten intolerance in accordance with Regulation (EC) 41/2009 (from 20.07.2016 Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 828/2014). Selected raw materials and untreated spring water form the basis for production. SANOGEL is produced without additives and enzymes.

Each batch is tested in an external laboratory and certified accordingly.
