KRÖNER-STÄRKE has a high standard of hygiene. The production area is accessed via hygiene sluices. The walls and floors have a synthetic resin coating and our equipment is made of stainless steel. These materials make it easy to clean the production area. We are constantly developing in accordance with international norms and standards. We strive for the best possible fulfillment of our customers' wishes. As our products are processed into food and animal feed, we guarantee a high level of product safety.
INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Quality Management

Following the production process, the goods pass through highly complex metal detectors to rule out the presence of foreign bodies.

The product is also sieved to exclude foreign bodies from other materials.

Silo loading takes place in one of our covered, closed loading lanes. The process is fully automated so that product quality and safety are not compromised.

Bagged and BigBag goods are properly stored in our high-bay warehouse after inspection. The storage location is selected in accordance with the quality regulations to be observed.
Energy Management
As an energy-intensive company, it is our duty and our motivation to use electricity and heat efficiently for our processes. For this reason, we use our resources responsibly and have introduced a certified energy management system in accordance with DIN ISO 50001 since 2013. The KRÖNER-STÄRKE energy team looks after over 1000 electric drives from 0.1 kW to 330 kW and more than 25 heat consumers. In the meantime, our consumption measurement has developed into a considerable measuring point concept, which records all energy consumption with over 250 measuring points. The consumption measurements, energy data evaluations and energy indicators are discussed in regular meetings, which serve to keep a constant eye on energy consumption and improve it through action plans and projects. We are currently working on converting our power plant operation to renewable fuel and setting the course for the future supply and generation of energy. Each of our employees can contribute to achieving our energy targets and contribute their ideas and suggestions.

Occupational Safety
