DELIVERY RELIABILITY

Our team of industrial mechanics, electronics technicians, painters and varnishers as well as production and logistics employees ensure that our highly complex machinery is maintained, serviced and repaired on a daily basis. Twice a year, production is suspended for a few days to carry out important repairs and maintenance that cannot be carried out during operation. A large stock of spare parts and close contact with suppliers ensure that everything runs smoothly.

A company fire department was established at our company in 2021. Equipped with a fire engine and a CO₂ extinguishing vehicle our current team of 20 is prepared for emergencies. This ensures the safety of the company and reduces the risk of major production downtimes. Practical training takes place on a regular basis. The firefighters have already completed their basic training in accordance with the regulations.

To prevent problems with the power supply, e.g. during a power outage, the company has emergency power generators that can compensate for this emergency at short notice. This means that machines can be shut down properly and quality losses are kept to a minimum.

The local power plant provides KRÖNER-STÄRKE with a high degree of security, as it is one of the components of the innovative energy concept. In the company's own biogas plant, CO₂-neutral biogas is produced from the residues of wheat flour processing. This is used to produce electricity and heat in the combined heat and power plant. The electricity produced is fed into the public grid and the heat can be used entirely within the company.
