This year, we are once again participating in FI EUROPE in Frankfurt, taking place from November 19th to 21st. Visit us at booth # 3.0C2, where we will be exhibiting alongside ABS FOOD SRL and Ernst BÖCKER GmbH & Co. KG. We look forward to meeting our existing customers, partners, and potential new clients in person. Take the opportunity to discuss our products, their applications, and potential future projects. Last week there was a combined exercise by our company fire department in cooperation with the fire engines from Brochterbeck and Tecklenburg.

Once again a very instructive and successful operation, despite outside temperatures of over 30 degrees! Great cooperation between our company fire department and the emergency services from Tecklenburg and Brochterbeck!

We had the pleasure of welcoming the Europa-Union Steinfurt to our company today. The non-profit association is committed to a Europe that is growing together, regardless of political party, and distributed breakfast bags with specialties from the EU to our employees in order to promote participation in the European elections this Sunday, June 9, 2024. We would like to thank everyone involved for their visit!

We are delighted to inform you that we received the City Marketing Innovation Award 2024 on Tuesday! We have been producing wheat starch and gluten at our site in Bocketal since 1900. As we have shown great commitment to organic production since 1997, we are now the largest producer of organic wheat starch and organic gluten in Germany and one of the largest in Europe.

In our new production facility, we will increasingly focus on the production of gluten-free products, pregelatinized products and meat substitutes. In addition, we have commissioned the plant for the production of biochar. We are particularly proud of this progress!

The railroad car is now used as a meeting room, but first let's take a look at the past. The first pictures show the railroad carriage in its original state. Impressively, it dates back to 1900, just like the year Kröner-Stärke was founded! The railroad line has crossed our premises since the company was founded. After extensive restoration work, the time had finally come: on 30.08.2021, the railroad carriage was successfully transported to our premises. Since then, its interior has been converted and it now serves as a stylish meeting room - as can be seen in the last pictures. We are looking forward to officially inaugurating the railroad carriage soon.

Yesterday, Kröner Grundbesitz, as the building owner, held the topping-out ceremony for the new production facility that will be used by Kröner-Stärke in the future. Together with the surrounding neighbors and the construction companies and service providers, this important milestone of the investment was celebrated in bright sunshine, with a great barbecue buffet and lots of good cheer.

Today was a special day for our trainees! At this year's Trainee Day in Ibbenbüren, they got involved in social causes and made a valuable contribution.

This was the 11th Trainee Day and of course our trainees were once again fully involved. They lent a helping hand in schools and social institutions in Ibbenbüren and the surrounding area.

We would like to say a huge thank you to our dedicated trainees, the organizing team and all the companies involved. Your support made this day a real success!
